Exclusions and Warranties
Regina Boutique does not offer a warranty after product purchase. This exception occurs because products can be damaged during use. Please be careful when using products and carefully inspect each item before use to ensure it is in good condition.
Video and Product Presentation
Boutique "Regina" does not provide videos or photos of products via chat. We only provide information about size, color and material via chat. For videos and visuals, we invite you to visit our Instagram or the gallery section on the website.
Returns and exchanges
The purchase can be accepted or rejected upon receipt by the post office. There is also the option for the order to be opened and checked before receipt. However, once the order has been received, it will no longer be possible to return or change it, this also applies to products within the premises. Please make sure that everything is in order before confirming, as after this step, any modification or cancellation of the order or purchase will not be possible.
Postal Service
Postal service is an additional service that will be paid together with the amount of your order. However, for customers who order through the website and the order amount is over 50 euros, postal service is free only for Kosovo. Shipping prices for orders below this amount differ from one country to another.
Sending orders
The order usually takes 1 to 2 days to be delivered to Kosovo and 2 to 3 days to Albania and Macedonia, starting from the moment its processing is completed. This period includes the time needed to ensure that all order details are correct and that it is prepared for transport properly.
International shipments
We offer international shipping services, which are currently only available to destinations in Albania and Macedonia.
Regina's Environment Access Policy
To ensure a safe, clean and pleasant environment for all our customers and staff, Regina Boutique implements some simple rules for entry with plastic bags and other personal items.
1. What is Not Allowed to Enter the Boutique:
For safety and hygiene reasons, please do not bring inside:
Wet products (e.g., wet clothes, items with open liquids)
Food and beverages from outside (excluding products purchased in boutiques)
Weapons or dangerous objects (e.g., knives, sharp or hard objects)
Pets (excluding certified service animals)
2. Storage of Prohibited Products:
For your convenience:
Food, drinks and bags with inappropriate contents can be left in special lockers near the entrance.
Large or suspicious plastic bags may be requested for inspection or thrown out.
Unauthorized animals are not allowed inside the boutique premises.
3. Control and Right to Refusal of Entry:
Security staff is authorized to:
To conduct checks of personal bags or briefcases at any reasonable time.
To refuse entry or request removal from our premises in case of non-compliance with the rules.
To intervene with further measures in case of serious violations, including notification of the relevant authorities.
4. Exemptions and Reliefs:
Products purchased at Regina Boutique, accompanied by a receipt, are allowed without restrictions.
Small plastic bags used for boutique products are also allowed.
